Synopse
RECOMMENDED FROM AGE 8: East Germany, autumn 1989: 10-year old Rike is dumbstruck when her favourite uncle Mike leaves for West Berlin. The technology-obsessed girl cannot accept that she can't see him any more. Inspired by her favourite TV programme Spaceship Interspace, she designs a teleportation machine with her best friends Fabian and Jonathan to bring Mike back. But something goes wrong and suddenly all the grown-ups in the village disappear! An exciting retelling of the events of 9th November 1989, seen through the eyes of both children and adults.
