Synopse

Because Lore’s (Monica Bleibtreu) husband has eloped with a younger woman, she moves into a flat with her old friend Anneliese (Gisela Schneeberger). Anneliese convinces Lore that one ought to be a little cheekier if one were to enjoy a "ladylike" retirement. When the charming Ewald (Günther Maria Halmer) enters the scene, whom they were both amorous of as young women in dance classes, it evokes – even after 55 years – ruthless cat fights between the two of them. Gisela Schneeberger excels in her second rendition of an Ingrid Noll character, as does the late Monica Bleibtreu, in her final roleas Lore.

Vanessa Jopp, born in 1971, author and director. Her cinema movies "Vergiss Amerika" (2000), "Engel und Joe" (2001) and "Komm Näher" (2006) won numerous awards. For TV, she directed "Tatort: Der Schwarze Troll" (2003).
