Synopse
They love ketamine and hate the Queen: the Belfast band Kneecap raps in Gaelic and is an important voice of Catholic youth culture in Northern Ireland. The film tells their almost true story – rough, cheeky and full of anarchic humour. 80,000 people in Ireland speak Gaelic. Three of them formed the rap band Kneecap in 2017. Their rhymes are anti-Loyalist and invoke their Irish identity. Their music is boycotted by radio stations and idolized by their fans. A life spent between parties and politics. Then one day the three chaos merchants accidentally become figureheads for their Irish cultural legacy.
