Synopse

"Take good care of your jackdaw, because it will be a friend for life" reads 10-year old Jojo in a handbook. He's happy to learn this, as he recently found an outcast baby jackdaw in the woods and took it home. During the day, Jojo is on his own and has enough time to take care of Jack. But he has to be careful that his father doesn't find the bird: he's got really strict since Jojo's Mum left and won't allow animals in the house. On the other hand, pretty Yenthe, who's an expert at blowing enormous gum bubbles, shares the boy's enthusiasm for Jack.
