Synopse
After the death of his mother, 12-year old Jaya is sent to live with his father, Jokhar. Jokhar works on a Jermal, a fishing platform on stilts. Jokhar, not interested in Jaya as a son, employs him to work under terrible conditions with 8 other boys. Renounced by his father and bullied by the other boys, Jaya takes fate into his own hands.
