Synopse

In the misty woods of the Carpathian Mountains, Radu Muntean delivers a biting social commentary on the town/country divide in Romania and throws in some B-horror movie elements. Every year, Maria, Dan and Ilinca drive in their SUV to a remote part of Transylvania to offer humanitarian help. On their bumpy way through the Romanian village of Întregalde, they meet an old man who asks them to take him to a nearby sawmill. But the car gets stuck in the mud and the sawmill turns out to be deserted. Without a phone signal and any idea where they are, they have to spend the night with the senile old man.
