Synopse
When Maria, a nurse, meets her patient Niels for the first time, he is unapproachable and rude. An angry young man. He's suffering from an incurable illness and has only one wish: to go to Switzerland for an assisted suicide. But for that Nils needs someone to accompany him. Maria completely disagrees with his decision, but the young woman sees something in Nils that has been missing from her life so far. Together they set out on a journey that takes them from Denmark through Germany to Switzerland and brings them closer together and closer to their dreams. In deinen Armen is an intimate, moving drama that won two awards at this year's Goteborg festival, one of which was Best Scandinavian Film.
