Synopse
In this social satire inspired by sci-fi movies of the 50s, the USA is hit by a major new epidemic, MOODS (Maternal Organic Operating Dysfunction Syndrome). Milk products from genetically-modified cows turn mothers into murderers. Susan Emshwiller on her directorial debut: "I often felt my mother would love to kill us children. Cooking, cleaning, shopping – it can drive you crazy. And all you get in return is a stupid mothers' day card."
