Synopse
God Loves Money: This satirical comedy takes aim at the scandals of Baptist megachurches in the southern states of the USA. Trinity Childs (Regina Hall) is the proud first lady of a Baptist megachurch who, together with her husband, Pastor Lee-Curtis Childs (Sterling K. Brown), once presided over a congregation of tens of thousands. But after a scandal rocks the house of worship, they are forced to temporarily close their doors. Working behind the scenes at full speed, they rebuild the church and plan their comeback - the biggest the commercialised religion has ever seen. To do this, they just need to make some changes to the services.
