Synopse

A nostalgic return to the 70s, and the sixth instalment of a highly successful series depicting life in post-war Hamburg. The era features punk rock, anti-nuclear power demonstrations and a new tunnel under the River Elbe. Are the record-breaking flood of 1976 and the 1979 snow catastrophe foreboding signs of the climate change? And soccer newcomer-club FC St. Pauli defeats the established club HSV.

Christian Mangels (*1962) is a journalist and historian. Since 1994 he works as a free lance journalist and author of TV-specials with mainly contemporary historical content for series like Hamburg in the 20th century.
