Synopse

Dirk Matthies (Jan Fedder's first appearance) is new in District 14. When he arrives, with Hawaii shirt, leather jacket and cigarette, he's taken for a rowdie. But Dirk is just a bit unconventional. The first patrol with colleague Ellen Wegener (Mareike Carrière) begins harmlessly enough. Then they have to chase a man who has murdered his wife in a fit of jealousy and gone to ground in Hamburg's drainage system. No easy task for Dirk and Ellen. When it then starts raining and the water level in the sewers rises, things get very dangerous for all concerned...
