Synopse

They once played together in a band called Chix and were inseparable. Today, each of them has their own problems. Karla (Katja Riemann) has a rival - her husband (Thomas Huber) has a new girlfriend in the form of a pregnant schoolgirl. Single Mum Sascha (Nicolette Krebitz) is fighting breast cancer and her son's fears. Alice (Sophie von Kessel) is apparently the happiest, but her marriage is on the rocks. Then Sascha has a brilliant idea: revive Chix and propel them all out of the shadows and back on stage…

Regie

JAN RUZICKA (*1959) was born in Leipzig, studied at the University of Film and TV in Potsdam and has been making TV films since 1990, including Der Mauerschütze [The Marksman on the Wall] (2010) or Weniger ist mehr [Less is More] (2013).
