Synopse
The year 2020. Bird has just been elected President of France because he had the best campaign song. His trademark is ludicrous incompetence. Michel Battement, the éminence grise who pulls Bird's strings, fears the worst. In the face of terrible opinion poll figures, he fears the loss of power and sees chaotic conditions on the horizon for the grande nation. Together with his bustling assistant, he plans a radical change of image for the president and assembles the best and brightest brains in the country for a brainstorming session in the basement of the Elysée Palace – which gives birth to some spectacular ideas. Gaz de France is a spectacle of the absurd from France's current shooting star director.
