Synopse
Kuba knows what he wants. He is strong and very disciplined. But all that is forgotten when he meets Michal. The two young men begin a passionate affair in secret, which causes ever more chaos in Kuba's everyday life. He loses interest in his girlfriend and even his great goal of becoming a top swimmer fades more and more into the background. Then Kuba reaches the point where he can no longer fake it: he gives up his old relationships and commits himself to his love for Michael. The feeling of liberation is strong – as strong as the hatred and ignorance he now encounters from parts of Polish society.

TOMASZ WASILEWSKI (*1980) studied at the Lodz Film School. After his award-winning debut "In a Bedroom" (2012), "Floating Skyscrapers" is his second full-length film.
