Synopse
Following her documentary on Slavoj Žižek, the "Elvis of culture theory", US documentary filmmaker Astra Taylor has filmed nine intellectuals sharing their thoughts in surroundings that mirror their respective philosophies, e.g. Peter Singer on ethic consumerism in front of Fifth Avenue boutiques. The other great minds featuredin "Examined Life" are: Kwame Anthony Appiah, Judith Butler with Sunaura Taylor, Michael Hardt, Martha Nussbaum, Avital Ronell, Cornel West and lavoj Žižek.
