Synopse
Short A city quarter is acquiring a new energy field. In disused railway mashalling yards in Hamburg's Altona district, a new park is being created in which protected relicts will be integrated - but not the area's former users, mainly artists and craft workers. The documentary essay shows how developers' speculations and architectonic visions clash with the voices of critical neighbours, and geological and pollutant analyses with political interests. A film about radical change that can only polarize.
