Synopse

25 years after their high school romance, Sonny (Elisabeth Shue) writes Don McKay (Thomas Haden Church) a letter, telling him of her terminal disease and asking him to return to her. Don does so, still loving her, but finds that Sonny has changed– and he himself bears a dark secret from the past. Things get out of hand and Don accidentally kills Sonny's doctor. Panicking, he hides the corpse. Much to his dismay, Sonny keeps claiming to see her doctor on a daily basis. A no-nonsense thriller, in which everyone has something to hide.
