Synopse

From the life of a student: This elegant and heartwarming debut film captures the unique feeling of being exactly where you are supposed to be – or at least on the way there. 19-year-old Leonardo loves Italian literature, especially the classics of modern times. To escape his overpowering mother and the only life he knows, he leaves his hometown of Palermo and moves to London – but returns to Italy after some time and enrolls at the University of Siena. Leonardo immerses himself in his books, surrounds himself with beauty, new ideas, even with images that he had previously suppressed. His world blossoms, but his search is not over yet.
