Synopse
To know more than the CIA for a change! This biting spy satire is based on real events and lampoons the German intelligence agency BND, which was looking to land a prestige coup and messed up left, right and centre. BND biologist Arndt Wolf (Sebastian Blomberg) is absolutely convinced that Iraq is still producing the neurotoxin anthrax. But no-one’s interested – until the Iraqi asylum-seeker Rafid Alwan (Dar Salim) claims to have worked on Saddam Hussein’s secret chemical weapons programme as a engineer. Wolf and his boss Schatz (Thorsten Merten) are electrified: in contrast to the Americans, they have first-hand evidence! But the story is a fake and sets in train an absurd drama.
