In the middle of a vast underwater city lives a tiny fish with a big question: Do you have to be big to explore the world? Curious to find out, it sets off on its own adventure.

Noé Garcia is a French animator and director. After studying Fine Arts at the Beaux-Arts de Montpellier, he specialised in animation at La Cambre in Brussels. He works as an animator and compositor on music videos, TV series and short films.
