Synopse

"Mrs Dalloway said she would buy the flowers herself": a sensitive adaptation of Virginia Woolf’s classic of 1925 set in today's Nigeria. High society couple Clarissa and Richard Dalloway live in an opulent house in Lagos. Clarissa is in the middle of preparing a big party when she is suddenly reminded of her youth. On an impulse, she invites her friends from back then over and during the evening the group relive their shared memories. But reminiscing about passionate loves, hidden desires and broken dreams brings a bittersweet reckoning.
