Synopse
Mexican drug cartels spread death and terror over the country. And the state? apitulates and makes pacts with the drug barons. In South Mexico, people have started to take the law into their own hands. Leader of the autodefensas is a doctor, Jose "El Doctor" Mireles. His citizens‘ militias liberate one town after another from the stranglehold of the Knights Templar cartel. At the same time, on the other side of the border ex-soldier Tim "Nailer" Foley patrols with his private army.
