Synopse

Perestroika looms and the Soviet Union is on the brink of collapse when the daughter of a party functionary disappears in a provincial town and a woman is brutally murdered in the suburbs. A policeman is the prime suspect in both cases. The film is disturbingly brutal; its title refers to a code name for the transport of soldiers killed in action and it reflects the breakdown of all societal systems.
