Synopse
Jean-Paul Colmor is a 74 year old collector of scrap metal. He lives and works on a scrap-yard on the outskirts of Montreal, his own personal treasure island, where he sorts, arranges, sells and repairs. His placid life is rudely interrupted when four trespassers with Down's syndrome settle on his property. The international press in Cannes was unanimous in its verdict: Variety praised the film as "enjoyably eccentric!", Cahiers du Cinéma placed it "somewhere between Werner Herzog and Lisandro Alonso".
