Synopse
In the midst of a midlife crisis, a painter fights to retain his creativity and the love of his daughter. A moving character study from Uruguay about how difficult it can be combining self-realization and family life.Belmonte should really be preparing an important exhibition for the Museum of Visual Arts in Montevideo, but when his ex-wife is made pregnant by another man, all his attention is on his family. Sensitive but at the same time temperamental, the artist fears that he will see less of his 10-year old daughter Celeste in future – and the time spent with her is his greatest artistic inspiration.
