Synopse
After two years in prison, Cesar now works in a small balloon factory in a suburb of Buenos Aires. His everyday life is characterized by the tedium of his work, sports and occasional meetings with a woman. And then there's his little boy, whom Cesar's father took care of in his absence and whose mother is dead. Cesar has no desire to bring up his son, but his father forces the issue. A difficult convergence begins between two people who hardly know each other. Balloons is a quiet, intense drama, both raw and tender at same time.
