Synopse
The balcony as the setting for the absurdities of everyday life: Six episodes illustrate life on Hamburg balconies – in tragic and comic situations. A young woman sits on a home trainer wearing VR goggles, while somewhere in the same city a couple try to have sex on their balcony. The blood on a sheet can't be washed out and is the subject of increasingly unpleasant questions, while nearby two strangers viewing a flat are accidentally locked out on a very small balcony. An unemployed swimming pool attendant rediscovers his love for his daughter, while a man in love has to choose between his boyfriend and a small orange tree. For each of the protagonists, the balcony has a different significance – from oasis to prison.
