Synopse
Documentary Jean-François, Ronald, Alexis, Cédric, Benoit und Maxim are modern-day gladiators. As pro bodybuilders and weight-lifters, their everyday life is characterized by strict dietary regimes and regular work-outs in the fitness studio. Each follows his own personal goal, but all of them are united in a common desire – to overcome bodily boundaries. A Skin So Soft is an open and precise portrait of a group of men who, despite people frequently making fun of them, have dedicated themselves with extreme self-discipline and unconditional passion to weight-lifting.
