Nordic NEST, Göteborg Film Festival Industry and NDR cordially invite you to the Nordic NEST Showcase at FilmFest Hamburg. Be among the first to discover a new generation of Nordic-German feature films and high-end series developed through Nordic NEST. Meet the filmmakers behind them, gain first-hand insights into their projects – and explore their potential for distribution, sales and future partnerships. The Showcase brings together broadcasters, streamers, distributors and world sales with experienced producers and writers from Germany and the Nordic countries, offering a first glimpse of what’s next for Nordic-German collaboration.

Nordic NEST is a new co-development initiative launched in 2025 by MOIN Film Fund Hamburg Schleswig-Holstein, in partnership with the German Federal Film Board (FFA) and the Five Nordics – the alliance of the Danish Film Institute, Finnish Film Foundation, Icelandic Film Centre, Norwegian Film Institute and Swedish Film Institute.
