Our industry is undergoing a transformation that we can only shape together. To achieve this, we need companies and film professionals who are willing to share insights into their daily work. With its shadowing program, NewMotion offers real behind-the-scenes access and, above all, raises visibility for the diverse crew positions that form the backbone of every production—roles for which suitable training and development opportunities are often lacking. Together with selected alumni, NewMotion will highlight the opportunities the program creates for both emerging talent and productions.
