Synopse
Based on a novel by Stevan Sremac, "Zona" is a Romeo-and-Juliet-type story set in the ancient town of Nis in the late 19th century. Goldsmith Mane (Vojin C'etkovic') and the beautiful Zona (Katarina Radivojevic') are made for each other, but Zona’s wealthy father dislikes Mane’s love of the nightlife, beautiful women, parties and music, and turns down his request to marry Zona. In response, Mane and his friends plan to teach Zona’s family a lesson... This historical comedy was the most successful Serbian film ever in its home country.
