Synopse
With a healthy portion of irony and across all genres, the Indonesian director Edwin tells the love story of a driven man. Ajo Kawir is a notorious trouble-maker who compensates for his impotence with violence and earns his living as a heavy for the local underworld. In the female bodyguard Iteung he not only meets a worthy opponent – an eventful relationship also begins which forces Ajo Kawir to face up to his past. The film manages to satirize the machismo of its characters and yet take their pain seriously. A mix of martial arts, romance and road movie.
