Synopse
DOCUMENTARY An expedition to prepare an indigenous tribe in the Amazon rainforest for contact with the “others”. A respectful look at a world threatened by greed and ruthless exploitation. Hidden in the jungle near the border between Brazil, Peru and Columbia, live the Corubo, hitherto almost untouched by “civilisation”. But poaching, illegal logging and oil smuggling have become rife in the region. Under the leadership of activist Bruno Pereira, who was later killed for his work, an expedition penetrates the jungle and reaches the tribe. Their mission is to help them deal with what could soon lie ahead.
