Synopse

Bjarne (Shooting Star, Nikolaj Lie Kaas) and Svend (Mads Mikkelsen) are buddies and butchers. Svend is ambitious but has a marked inferiority complex, while Bjarne doesn’t really give a damn about anything – except his girlfriend, Astrid (Line Kruse). They manage to liberate themselves from their unpleasant boss, Holger (Ole Thestrup) and open their own butcher’s shop. When Svend happens upon a new recipe, business booms, but only until they run out of their secret ingredient... Anders Thomas Jensen’s latest film is a black, almost trashy, comedy.
