Synopse
A forbidden passion and a love of cloth: a discreet, finely spun drama set in the sensual world of a caftan shop which touches on an existing taboo in Morocco. Halim and Mina have been married for many years and have a shop for traditional caftans in the old town of Salé. They have long lived with the secret of Halim’s homosexuality – and he has learned to suppress his desires. When Mina is diagnosed with cancer and a young apprentice takes her place at the sewing machine, the existing balance begins to teeter. United in their love, Mina and Halim help each other to get over their fears.
