Synopse

Teacher Andrea Jahn (Ursula Karven) prefers convincing arguments to punishments. But she can also be very authoritative. E.g. in warding off the advances made by problem student Niklas (Sergej Moya), who has fallen in love wit her – much to the dismay of fellow student Lisa (Isolda Dychauk). On a school trip, Niklas increases the pressure on Andrea. Husband Michael (Axel Milberg) is no help, as he only has a mind for his scientific research. A well acted drama full of subtle power.

MATTHIAS TIEFENBACHER (*1962) directs for theatre and film. Wenn Frauen ausziehen is his fourth film to be shown at FILMFEST HAMBURG (2003: Die Schönste aus Bitterfeld, 2008: Stille Post, 2012: Gestern waren wir Fremde).
