Synopse
The debut film of this 20-year old director and lead actor Suzanne Lindon is a tender amour fou between a schoolgirl and an actor. Crackling, yet playful, with no Lolita clichés. 16-year old Suzanne has little in common with her contemporaries. Boys in her class don’t attract her in the least - in contrast to the theatre which she passes every day on her way to school. The milieu and its inhabitants fascinate her, above all the mid-thirties actor Raphaël. Suzanne is drawn to the richness of his personality. He in turn loves her ease of being. A shimmering love story develops between attraction and repulsion.
