Synopse
A musician loses his most essential sense: his hearing. Noise is their life. Ruben is touring the USA in a camper van with his girlfriend Lou. She screams into the mike while he hammers his drumset. One day, the metal drummer can suddenly only hear muffled pounding. The doctor’s diagnosis is devastating: Ruben has suffered acute hearing loss and will soon be completely deaf. For the ex-junkie, this is an existential crisis – and he faces a hard choice between his new deaf community and his former life of sound.
