Synopse
Lorenz is a well-established gay writer in Berlin. When his mother Rosie is taken to hospital after a fall, he travels back to his Swiss village roots. The 40-year old quickly realizes how much he and his home have grown apart. The worlds of city dweller and province collide. With his sister, he debates what should now happen with his mother. Rosie, an energetic woman, full of life, will not countenance going into a home, regardless of how glossy the brochures are. Whilst torn between doing the best for himself and the best for his mother, Lorenz meets Mario, a young man from the village who has fallen for him.
