Synopse
Senor Juarez and his class: a playful, inspiring drama about a teacher who manages to reawaken the pleasure of learning in his students. What will happen with the children in the 6th class of the Jose Urbina Lopez primary school in Matamoros? They are among the lowest-performing children in Mexico and the only world they know is one of violence and privation. Their classroom is ruled by an atmosphere of oppressive discipline, not of opportunity. Sergio Juarez (Eugenio Derbez, Coda) wants to try something radically new. But the new teacher’s unconventional curriculum does not meet with universal acceptance. Based on a true story.
