Synopse
The first French-language film by Santiago Mitre is a black comedy full of macabre poetry that pays tribute to Sidney Bechet’s jazz standard Petite Fleur. Young father and unemployed graphic artist Jose is visiting his neighbour, hears Petite Fleur and then kills his host. The next day, however, the neighbour is alive and well again, as if the events of the previous day had never happened. So José kills him again, this time differently. But the neighbour keeps coming back. Killing his neighbour becomes a regular part of José’s routine: he looks after the baby, repairs the house – and kills his neighbour.
