Synopse
They‘re master carpenters and joiners, undertakers and layers-out, pallbearers and gravediggers. People for whom death is an everyday event, but for whom it also remains something special. And who have been marked by their relationship to death. Like Ernst Heinrich Tams, who as a child already knew that he would be a carpenter like his father and grandfather before him and who used to play hide and seek in the coffins.
