Synopse
Two stories on an extremely hot day in L. A.: in one, ex-cons, Tommy (Donnie Montemarano) and Mic (Vinny Argiro), think they have a fresh chance, with the offer of a great job in Vegas. In the other, a pimp, Rodan (Vinnie Jones), and a streetwalker, Sally (Ann Magnuson), attempt to force a 15-year-old (Nicole Jacobs) into prostitution. The only way for all of them is down, and they all wind up at the run-down Golden Eagle Hotel. Cinematographer Francesco Varese’s dark, poetic images portray a hell on earth in director Adam Rifkin’s moving social drama. The soundtrack includes Tom Waits, 2 Live Crew and Billie Holiday.
