Synopse
Sensitive and with almost documentary realism, this sibling drama turns its gaze on a politically hot topic: the conditions in Chilean juvenile detention centres. Ángel and his younger brother Franco have been in jail for a year and are still awaiting trial. Despite the tough conditions, they support each other and make friends with the other prisoners, share the routines of prison life and dream of freedom. The arrival of Jaime, who has been transferred from another prison for bad behaviour, turns their routine on its head. A rumour spreads that he wants to escape – and he fans the flames.
