Synopse
Documentary: During the silent revolution of the 1960s, Québec liberated itself from backwardness and the domination of the Catholic church, above all in matters of health and education. Parallel to this, a strong movement for independence was born, one of their heads and voices were those of the writer Gaston Miron, a brilliant and pugnacious spirit, who is still a national icon in Québec. Consisting exclusively of archive footage and excerpts from Gaston's work, the film rekindles the memory of an epoch of awakening. A fascinating fresco that is at the same time both the portrait of an artist and a political pamphlet.
