Synopse
Based on the true story of 198’s first serial killer, Bong has composed a fascinatingly atmospheric thriller with touches of black humour. Between 1986 and 1991, ten women were brutally murdered south of Seoul. The victims included both schoolgirls and grandmothers. The local cop (Song Kang-ho) is convinced that the village idiot must be the murderer, but the inspector sent from Seoul soon convinces him that there is more to the case than meets the eye.
