Synopse
Documentary The 22-million metropolis Mexico City has no problems with water, it has problems with water management. The city was built in the middle of an extensive lake region, which had been drained by the Spanish conquistadores. The megacity suffers regular flooding from the surrounding mountains and has sophisticated drainage systems to handle the floods.
