Synopse

It’s never too late to find happiness. A Swiss feelgood comedy that is a homage to life’s last third. Free at last! Alice (Esther Gemsch) and Peter (Stefan Kurt) celebrate their new status as OAPs and look forward to whatever comes next. When their children give them a Mediterranean cruise as a present, they plan to rediscover the romance in their marriage, at least Alice does. But when Peter invites his recently widowed friend Heinz (Ueli Jäggi) to join them without asking Alice, Alice can forget her hoped-for togetherness –and long bottled-up frustrations surface. After a day trip to Marseille, Alice decides to stay on land and take a break. On separate paths, the couple find themselves again, but also a new way of spending their golden years together.
