Synopse
MINI-SERIES A lie as the price for social climbing? A story about life in a German student fraternity. Business Studies student Adem (Valon Krasniqi) calls himself Adam and moves into a student fraternity. He enjoys the advantages offered by the community: solidarity, reciprocal support and camaraderie. But the lie about his identity weighs heavily. His doubts are amplified when he meets Mina (Roxana Samadi), who like him comes from a migrant family. When the pair develop feelings for each other, Adem’s lie becomes a nagging feeling of guilt. At the same time, the peer pressure of his corps comrades constricts him more and more – and demands a decision from him.

DAVID CLAY DIAZ (*1989 in Paraguay) grew up in Vienna and studied at the HFF Munich. After his feature films Agonie (2016) and Me, We (2022), Füxe is his directorial debut for TV.
SUSAN GORDANSHEKAN (*1978 in Kassel) studied directing at the HFF Munich. Her first feature film Die defekte Katze premiered at the Berlinale in 2018.
