Synopse
In this intense social drama, a woman fights a double battle: against her stigmatization as a coronavirus patient – and against the overwhelming power of an inhumane capitalist system. March 2020. Iva works in a textile factory in rural Bulgaria, where she sews »Made in EU« labels into clothing every day, while she herself can barely make ends meet. She has been suffering from vague symptoms for some time, but her request for sick leave goes unheard. When a positive COVID test finally confirms that she is the first officially registered case in her small town, a wave of fear, rumors, and blame is unleashed. And the more people die from the disease, the more Iva is pilloried.
